Well hello there WebTraveller!
So today started out pretty good got in a few miles on the bike this morning and with the intense heat a lot of us seem to be getting, I decided to not go as long and made sure I had plenty of water. I mean talk about a wet t-shirt contest!

So that was the morning, some coffee, breakfast and ride some miles. The afternoon was the kicker. Have you ever had random thoughts that seem to trigger you? Get your nerves all up in a tizzy for no reason? Well that happened. It’s over something that doesn’t matter but there’s a lasting impression that for some reason the brain, the nerves or the body decides it won’t let go. I decided to grab some meditation time get ready for work and head in. However whatever this was about, it was activated and it was running. Now it’s been an awfully long time since this has happened, so the feelings are familiar and unfamiliar from the past stories I have shared.
And I will lastly say this, it’s beyond annoying. Completely out of nowhere things are thought of and the nerves and body react. Now one more thing I will add is that it runs a very fine line trying to figure out if what is happening is: anxiousness (like being excited about something) anxiety (bring on worry or more likely, fear) or if the male body is in need of some “attention” (and no that’s not an open offer) I almost feel like obi-wan kenobi like he tells Luke in “Star Wars” to “stretch out his feelings”
Interesting the things you can come up with simply writing a blog post. Anyway the title of this post is how I am ending this entry for you all.
So what it is about is what someone decided to say to me today in person and it seemed to make all the difference and change the day around. I think some times that a simple gesture can go along way. So what happened? Someone I used to work with was nearby for some gathering and messaged me to let me know he was near by. Specifically came to find me and said “before I left town I had to see you.” Now this is not a love this but a simple gesture to help me realize what I meant to this person. I got to thinking about that, and how many times in life it’s happened. We all have our own paths. Lord knows I have forged my own. Today was a testament and a reminder of my path in life, the choices, decisions and the people I have been blessed to be connected to.
Thanks for taking the time to spend a few minutes of your day with me. There truly is “strength in numbers”
Until next time WebTraveller!
